 Arunachal Pradesh is a state located in the northeastern part of India. It shares its borders with Assam to the south and Nagaland to the southeast. To the east, it borders Myanmar, and to the north, it shares international boundaries with China. It's the largest of the Seven Sister States of Northeast India in terms of area.

Political Status: Arunachal Pradesh became a union territory in 1972 and later gained full statehood in 1987.


Biodiversity: The state is known for its rich biodiversity. It's home to a wide variety of flora and fauna, including several endangered species.


Strategic Importance: Due to its proximity to China, Arunachal Pradesh holds strategic significance for India.
